Nativity!
So for the last couple of months I have been in search of a cute advent calendar with the nativity. I couldn't find one I liked anywhere! (Probably because I was being to picky, and wanted one like my Mom's). Well I finally found one that was somewhat similar, but it was $55! I didn't feel like it was worth that much! So... I took my Mom's and made my own... and let me tell you it was ALOT cheaper! It took me a week or so to finally get it all done! But I did it, and here it is! I am proud of it! And now I will have a fun count down to CHRISTMAS!!!
The calendar when you first start... December 1st...
And here it is December 25th!

Halloween Weekend!
Tony and I had the weekend off over Halloween so we went and had a fun weekend away. Tony's parents had given us one of their free nights at a hotel in St. George for helping them with their brakes! So we went down there Friday afternoon and went shopping, we went out to eat at Olive Garden, and then went back to the hotel and went hot tubing! It was great and relaxing! The next morning we went and ate breakfast then went shopping again! We had a really fun time just being able to have time to do what we wanted! That evening we went back to Cedar and had dinner with Tony's family and Jack and Jackie! We helped them hand out candy to trick or treaters. Then we decided to go home and carve our pumpkin! Brad came over to help Tony and I did a witch and a cat, brad did a bear with cross bones! It was all pretty fun! Happy Halloween!

Tony's Birthday!
Tony's birthday fell at a bad time this year! We weren't really able to go and do much for it because we had two funerals to go to within three days. My cousin and step brother had both passed away suddenly. So we tried to make it as fun as we could! Sunday which was his birthday we went and ate dinner with his family, and his mom and I made some eclairs for him! He loves them! We couldn't find any candles so he got a "30" year one! ha ha He got alot of gift certificates and money from his family! Date night!!! :) Well the next week after things had calmed down we went to Parowan and had another birthday dinner for him. My mom made him some cheesecake. Yet anther favorite of his! My family and I gave him some tennis rackets and the first season of "How I met your Mother". He has seemed to love going to play tennis now. It gives us something to do!

Coach B!
This year my high school coach for Volleyball and Basketball retired! We had a little suprise party planned for her. Everyone from the very first year she was there up to the girls she coached last year were invited! It was really fun to see everyone, it has been to long since we have all been together! We all wrote down memories we had from playing sports with Coach B. and just the fun times we had! It is sad that she won't be coaching anymore. Just hope she knows that we all still love her!
Everyone who was able to come!
Class of 2006 who was able to come!
Roller Blading!
So one night me and Tony were bored. So we had a little whim to go and roller blade! So we went to his parent house and dug out his old roller blades and we went for a ride! It was so funny! Especially since none of us have gone for years! We had to do a few minor repairs before we could get up and go! But in the end it was worth it!

Holden
We took a little drive to Holden one day with Tony's parents. Steve's sister was coming down. She lives back east and they hardly get to see her. So we went to meet them! We met in Holden where Steve and Julie's parents are buried. It was fun to finally meet them and to go and see where his parents grew up. I guess right after Steve's dad died his Mom would walk up to the Cemetery everyday to water the tree that was planted next to his grave. It was a pretty far walk to! I can't imagine carrying a bucket of water that far! It was really windy that day, but still fun. We went down to the church park after and had a picnic with Julie and her husband before they had to leave! It was fun to finally meet them!

Salt Lake
We went up to Salt Lake a few months ago to hang out with Denise and Todd. It was really fun. We went shopping and hung out most of the time. We had a dress sexy night and and ate at the Cheesecake Factory! Tony was in love! :) It was really fun. We also got tickets to go the watch the Salt Lake Buzz game. It was fun to go and watch baseball! I haven't for a long time!! Thanks for the fun time Denise and Todd!

Lake Powell
We went with Tony's family to Lake Powell for our family vacation! The whole family came this year ..including Shane, it was pretty fun! Shane was so in love and missing his lady that all he wanted to do was talk to her though! :) We were at the docks when we first got there and Tony and Brad went and helped a lady with her boat. They had a wake surf and started to talk about it. Well come to find out they were selling one and told them to go find them if they wanted it. So we went and found them the next day. Well they didn't have the one they were talking about but they let us borrow one for a few days to try out! It was really fun! We got everyone to do it, Denise and Todd and Sid and Mike all tried and got up! Then me and Tony tried riding doubles! It was scary! But pretty fun once we were up and going! We went up to the Indian Ruins to show Mike. Well we didn't want to walk the whole trail so we decided to just wade through the water. It was so discusting and stunk so bad! It was kinda a creepy part of the water! Well the rest of the trip was pretty fun. Sid got his lip cut open from the rope launching back into the boat, so that wasn't nice.. he was still able to wake surf our last night there though! Our theme this year was "Hawaii" So our last night there we all go in our attire and took some pictures out on the water! It was all pretty funny! Got to love Lake Powell! Can't wait to go again next year!!

Bryce Canyon
So I think I should probably update since I have been a major slacker! Well right after we got married Tony and I went with my family on a little vacation to Bryce Canyon. It was alot of fun! We went hiking and swimming and just hung out. We all took turns carrying Dillion and Kendra. At one point on our hike we passed a family that had, no joke, a 10 year old in a little kid pack! He was so big that he couldn't even keep his legs in the carrier! It was pretty funny!

Hawaii
So for our honeymoon, Tony took me to Hawaii! It was super fun and very pretty over there!! Our hotel was only 1 block from the beach! We did a lot of stuff! Tony has a mission companion that lives over there so He actually took us around to places that most "tourist" don't get to see! He took us to some beaches, we went to a birthday party... can I just say that they really go over board for birthday parties! We were able to go see Pearl Harbor! That was really awesome! We went to the PCC. They had a tour there that took us out to the Temple! It was very pretty!.. Me and Tony hiked an extinct volcano that is now a military base. We went out to eat! (Strange that we found the best fruit smoothies at the cheesecake factory! who would have guessed) We walked down the beach at night and went to a little night show ... and we just enjoyed ourselves on our week long vacation!! I really loved it, but I was glad to come home to start our new lives together!!! Here are a few pictures!!
When we got off our plane, they had lei's waiting for us!

Our Wedding
Well we finally did it! Tony & I were married June 19th in the St. George Temple! It was amazing! One of the best days of my life! That night we had a reception in Parowan at my Aunts house. Then a few days later we went to Hawaii for a week for our honeymoon! It was great! It is still weird to me to think that I am a married woman now... Crazy! I am now Mrs. Nixon... no more Ms. Call! ha ha It was a perfect day though! I am so glad to be able to have Tony now for ever and all eternity!
